As a person who’s clenching during work hours. This pen is great after a long day of work. I use this in combination of my Night guard to maintain my health.

It works! I used to clench my jaw all night and feel miserable in the morning because of how tense my jaw and neck feel. Now I used it at night and it relaxes my jaw muscles and let's me sleep better. I use it again in the morning if I still feel tense. Love the heat settings since it really helps to make me feel relaxed. Love that it's so portable!

I had to figure out how to best use it for my needs. It's not a magic pill. Take a little time to see when and how to use it during the day. I have found it to be useful after understanding my pain, tightness and the device ability very well.

I wanted to like the pen, but even on the lowest setting, it was too strong and it hurt more than it was helping. I have requested a return twice in this company is ignoring me probably in hopes that it’ll pass the 30 days and then they can say that I was out of their return period and there’s nothing they can do and then they get to keep my money and I have an item that I can no longer use. This company is a joke.

I’ve been using this device every day in the evening to relax any tense areas I have in my jaw and my temples. It even works good on parts of the neck as well.. all which end up feeling seized during some TMJ flares. I’m very hopeful that with this device and my acupuncture I’ll be able to feel a lot less tense and a lot less tension. The heat is very nice and not too hot though. I think I like the three out of four setting the best, it has an automatic shut off after several minutes.
Definitely would recommend it to anyone who has jaw tension. My only complaint is that I wish you could choose your colors. Most of the pictures I saw were a deep blue and I got a silver, which is still nice.
