I originally thought I was purchasing this TMJD pen for, well, my TMJD. After I received it and viewed the, "how-to" videos that Noam wonderfully put together, I found that it could also be useful for migraine. This tool has not only met my expectations, it's surpassed it. I try to do daily exercises to help my TMJD, but there's some days that I just don't have the energy to do them all. This tool has helped with relaxing my already aching muscles and tendons; not only with TMJD but for migraine as well. And the heat this bad boy can create is phenomenal. If I need just a bit of heat? Great. More? Also available. And the massaging option is very helpful; somedays I need it, some days I don't. And the fact you can take it anywhere is another key feature. I highly recommend for anyone needing just that extra bit of relief on our already low-energy days.

This is actually my second pen. This helps me so much that I didn't even hesitate to replace mine when it was lost and trust me it's in no way change for my pocketbook, it is however the best investment. I have chronic ear pain caused by my TMJ. I was massaging my jaw daily 3 times 20 mins heat 10 mins massages with my knuckles (recommended by my oral surgeon) I definitely felt relief, however I spent SO much time being at home so I could do this. My husband found this pen, I but the bullet and I'm never looking back. It makes a massive difference in my time and effort. It actually works MUCH better than my hand massaging method. And listen, this is without me even doing the tutorials Noam offers... Can you imagine if I also included those?! I cannot recommend this enough. Don't believe me? I've dealt with TMJD for years now, made worse after my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis years ago. This pen is so great to have at home for pain relief. I've tried SO many products for relief, and while some are helpful nothing has results as quick as this. The heating on is my favorite part... it can really get the heat directly and deep into the painful areas so much better than any other heating devices. Hope more people with TMJD can get access to this tool, thank you!

I never leave reviews. I just don’t. BUT, I have to leave a review for the TMJ pen. I’ve had tmj since as long as I can remember and it’s mostly manageable. However, I ended up with a brutal case of lock jaw after a dental appointment over a month ago. I tried everything - Motrin, heat, muscle relaxers, rubbing the heck out of it. Luckily I stumbled across this device when searching for remedies and within a weekend I was finally able to open my mouth wide enough to eat and yawn again! Unfortunately, I forgot it where I was visiting and spent no time re-ordering another. The cost is worth it. It really works! Many thanks to the inventor!
