After having one for a few weeks I've found it's also amazing for the strain and pain around the eyes and forehead. I work in Information Technology and look at screens all day in bright light areas. The perfect tool to self-service tight and sore jaw muscles. It is multifaceted and versatile with respect to lymphatic drainage, origin and insertion pain, and myalgias related to overuse injury.
