What's different about gen 2?
yourTMJ Pen Gen 1 changed the game for at home jaw pain management. For people who only care about function, Gen 2 will be very simillar to Gen1.
But there are definitely some improvements:
Gen 1 was the embodiment of function over form. It works so great that our custmers say they "can't leave home without it." But it was 3D printed and a bit weird lookin. Gen 2 will have not only have the function, but it'll also FEEL and LOOK amazing. Featuring smooth injection molded plastic with a premium soft touch matte paint.
Gen 2 is much more durable. it's injection molded out of polycarbonate which is what bulletproof glass is made out of.
Gen 2 is much more ergonomic. We had some complaints that Gen 1 wasn't so comfortable to hold, so we changed that. We also fixed the issue where buttons get accidentally pressed during use by making them silicone.
The tip is bigger and better. More surface area for heat. The scraping edge is thinner and more comfortable. And now it has 2 "corners" of different sizes thanks to our patented new design.
When will I get it?
The design is finished, and now we're starting manufacturing of the injection molds. yourTMJ Pen (Generation 2) is set to ship Fall 2026.

My Story
I’m Noam, a mechanical engineer and TMD patient of over 4 years. It started like it does for most: with some clicking on one side. Then both. Then intermittent lockups. Now, I’ve had a disc displacement without reduction for 2 years.
I’ve tried it all: NSAIDs, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, physical therapy, even 2 surgeries.
But my jaw still wouldn’t unlock.
That experience, years of searching, waiting and guessing made one thing painfully clear. There are almost no tools made for us. So I quit my job and started building the ones that should’ve existed all along.
