Combine it with the pen

Heat boosts ingredient absorption by up to 700%

Warm skin is far more permeable than cool skin. Put the oil on, then the pen's heat on top, and the botanicals go down into the muscle you're working instead of sitting on the surface.

  • Heat opens the skin
  • The oil carries the ingredients in
  • The tip glides, so it stays on the knot

How it works

Six botanicals and one peptide, formulated for tension and soreness

soothe soreness

with arnica

The classic botanical for sore, overworked muscle. A masseter that has been clenching all day is exactly that.

with arnica

calm the skin

with chamomile

Bisabolol and chamazulene, the compounds behind chamomile, keep the oil gentle on skin you'll be working over most days.

with chamomile

cool the swelling

with eucalyptus

Eucalyptol brings the mild cooling you feel on contact, and has been studied on inflamed skin.

with eucalyptus

ease inflammation

with turmeric & sage

Curcumin and rosmarinic acid, both oil-soluble, so they stay in the oil and go where you put them.

with turmeric & sage

relax the jaw

with lavender

Linalool, lavender's main compound, is the one studied for relaxation. Breathe while you work the muscle.

with lavender

repair the skin

with copper peptide

GHK-Cu supports the skin's own repair on the patch you scrape most days.

FAQs

No. The base is jojoba and sunflower oil with a plant-derived alkane for slip. It absorbs in about a minute and doesn't leave a film on the skin or the pen.

No. Fingertips work. But it was built to go under the pen: the heat carries the oil in, and the tip glides instead of dragging on dry skin.

Two or three drops per session. At one session a day, 15 mL lasts about 45 days, so two bottles is a 3-month supply and four is about 6 months.

Yes. If your skin reacts to essential oils, patch-test on the inside of your forearm first. Keep it away from the eyes and off broken or irritated skin.

The ingredients themselves: lavender and a little eucalyptus up front, fading as it absorbs. There is no added fragrance.

Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. Ask your doctor before using it.

No. The tip is anodized aluminum. Wipe it with a dry cloth after each session.
